I will work closely with you to develop a personalized plan that ensures a flawless wedding day. My services include researching and suggesting reputable vendors, greeting and directing vendors to their designated spots, last-minute decorating touches, queuing the DJ for music and announcements, and coordinating the wedding party for pictures and key moments. As much as I would love to be a one-stop-shop, I simply am not. I can absolutely assist other vendors, such as the DJ, by coordinating their setup, schedule, and requirements to align perfectly with your wedding itinerary. However, I do not step in to BE the DJ or provide specific vendor services myself. My primary role is to manage all the details and logistics, facilitating a smooth interaction between you and the high-quality vendors I help you select, ensuring every aspect of your wedding day is cohesive and stress-free.

First of all, thank you so much for considering me to assist with your special day! If you feel like we would be a good fit, the first step is to arrange a virtual meeting with one another. This will allow us to gather a little more information, and address any questions, comments, or concerns you may have. From there, I will send over a contract via DocuSign. You and your fiancé will need to review and sign the contract, and after both of you have signed, I will also sign it. Once all parties have signed, everyone will receive a copy of the completed contract. For your convenience, I accept payments via Venmo, or cash if you are local. Once the contract is signed and the initial payment is made, we can begin planning your beautiful wedding!

Most of my packages require only a deposit at the time of booking to secure services for your special day. The remainder of the balance will not be due until two weeks prior to the event- however, how you'd like to structure your remaining balance is entirely up to you! I understand that planning a wedding can be a significant financial investment, and my goal is to make it as manageable as possible. For example, if you have a week that you'd like to put $50 towards your balance, you can certainly do so. I will always text or email you with an update that I have received your next installment, as well as an updated remaining balance.
